One of my goals of the functional area of physical is to have activities planned that will challenge my physical ability. Playing organized games outside with the whole class is something that could be done. There are many planned activities that can help promote children’s physical skills, but it can also be done through free play.

With these goals in mind, I hope to create an environment that is both physically and intellectually stimulating for the children.

My curriculum must provide a wide selection of equipment and activities, as well as incentives to encourage children to grow their bodies. This is due to the fact that I offer games that allow youngsters to use their tiny and big muscles. These sorts of exercises are necessary so that kids may learn how to utilize these muscles and increase their overall body conditioning and strength.
Not only is it important to provide equipment and activities that focus on physical development, but also those that focus on intellectual development. By offering a variety of opportunities for children to explore, experiment and discover, I am promoting their intellectual competence.
